Cross® Pen Decorating Reference Guide
(The charges below apply to Cross® Pens only. See here for Leather Decorating charges.)
The pen decorating information provided below is a synopsis of available options and charges. For a complete guide to decorating and charges, go to www.mycrossbiz.com, or call your Andrew Philips customer service representative. Other charges may apply.
Decorating run charges are per piece, per line of decorating, as follows (note that additional lines of decorating are only available on special panel caps):
Deep Cut color-filled: 4.38 (G)
Laser or Drag engraving: 1.56 (G)
Emblems 3.44 (G)
If you require Personalized Signature, the Template Setup fee is $18.75 (G).
Template Set-ups are free when supplied using Vector art that complies with "Smart" guidelines and when 12-piece minimum is met.
Cross® charges apply for non-compliance.

Cancellation:
Orders that are in production will be billed at the full charge.
Orders that are in process (but not yet in production) and are cancelled or changed, will be assessed a service fee.

ENGRAVING STYLES |

Name Engraving
Block, Script, Double-Line Gothic or Times Regular at no extra charge or setup fee.
(clarification: Decorating charges apply, but they do not differ based on font choice) |
LS
Laser Engraving/Template
Available on most Matte, Metal and some Lacquer finishes. Laser cuts through the surface and the base metal shows through. Laser cannot be color filled. Block or Script engraving only.
DS
Deep-Cut Color-Filled Engraving/Template
Available on Metal and Lacquer pens. Type styles include Block, Script and Times Regular. Standard colors red, blue, black, gold, green & silver.
DG
Drag Engraving/Template
Available on all metal finishes. Cut into the surface of the pen. No color, very subtle. Drag engraving offers a choice of Block, Script and Double-Line Gothic type styles.
CI
Custom/Surface Imprint. Using an imprint image reproduction process, Cross will recreate your company trademark or symbol on select ATX and Century II pens that feature a satin finish and chrome appointments, in silver tone only. Extremely accurate design and color reproduction is possible. Standard imprint colors are listed below. A PMS color-match fee will be charged for other requested colors. |
